I have uploaded the remainder of my sources since my last update. I ended up with approximately 75 sources comprised of Congressional Globe meeting minutes, newspapers from Chronicling America, political cartoons from the Library of Congress, and various speeches from Radical Republicans. I  have finished the framework of my exhibit and included all of the pages to convey the political history of Reconstruction from 1866 to 1868.

I decided on utilizing the geolocation Omeka plugin to create a map of my sources. The vast majority of my sources are located within the North or Washington D.C. but I intend to expand the project into 1877 and include additional sources such as Southern accounts of Reconstruction. Nevertheless, it is going quite well and I am pleased with the draft as of today. I need to add more detail to each specific exhibit page but it is producing promising results. Next, I will add a few more political cartoons and potentially newspapers from Harpers Weekly after reviewing their terms and conditions.

My one self-critique of my project is that it is very text-heavy. Nevertheless, I believe the primary sources will help to convey the political history of Reconstruction from 1866 to 1868.
